In 2016 I started Creekside Wellness, offering massage, yoga & energy work.
In 2017 I began offering weekend yoga retreats for women , and shortly later monthly healing circles and book club meetups for women who are on their healing journey.
I have been a guest teacher for serval Yoga Teacher Trainings, Eclipse events & festivals.
It has been an honor that part of my journey has been to train others to teach yoga and to attune them to reiki energy; and to hold safe space for women to began their journey of self love, self awareness, self transformation.

I have been a student in the field of yoga since early 2000’s with many hundreds of hours of training through White Crow Yoga of Nashville and Sacred Awakening/Asmi Yoga of Oregon. I received my first certification in yoga training through Cheryl Murman, of Chattanooga Yoga Center in 2015.
During the 2020 shutdown, I continued my studies with several teachers online.
Studying with davidji, deepening my personal meditation practice and learning how to guide others into the practice.
davidji is a globally recognized mindbody health & wellness expert, mindful performance trainer, meditation teacher & author who served as the Chopra Center COO, Lead Educator and then as the first Dean of Chopra Center University, where he trained more than 300,000 people to meditate and certified more than 2,500 meditation teachers.
I studied with Paul Grilley, for a deep dive into functional yoga how to make the pose work for any body, instead of confirming the body to fit the pose. Through his teaching I have also taken a dive into yin yoga. The art of slowing down and feeling your way into the pose, into your body, into your soul.
I have been training with Heathershe Amara author of Warrior Goddess Training since 2017, as a Leading with love leadership, warrior heart coaching, and walking the toltec path.
