I have an amazing pregnancy pillow that allows the Moma to lay on her belly to receive a back massage.

Oncology massage is a specialized, client-centered approach to massage therapy for people experiencing cancer and its treatments, focusing on compassion and adapted techniques to manage symptoms like pain, fatigue, nausea, and anxiety, and to improve quality of life. 

I have received specialized training to understand the complexities of cancer, its treatments, and side effects, allowing me  to modify massage techniques, pressure, and positioning to provide comfort and support while ensuring safety. 

This personalized approach is crucial to avoid contraindications, such as deep tissue work that could cause harm.

A manual lymphatic drainage session

Gentle, rhythmic movements to improve circulation and release toxins that can accumulate in your lymphatic tissue. 

Can ease the symptoms of allergies, menstrual cramps, sinusitis, colds and other viruses. 

It also promotes healing of scar tissue and is often recommended as part of post-surgical recovery.

Your lymphatic system
is key to your overall health. 

Among other things, it produces monocytes and lymphocytes, the cells that are a part of your immune system.

Lymph vessels, bundles of cells known as lymph nodes, and certain organs make up your lymphatic system, and lymph fluid runs through it. 

Lymphatic fluid serves two functions, both delivering nutrients to cells, and clearing metabolic waste and foreign objects from them.

When lymph fluid isn’t properly circulating through your system, your lymph nodes and surrounding tissue may become swollen, and your body becomes more susceptible to infection.

Lymphatic Drainage has been proven to reduce swelling and inflammation.  

It helps your body prepare for surgery (cosmetic, joint replacement, dental, orthopedic) by cleansing the fluids and boosting the immune system.

This would be a therapeutic massage for the back and shoulders followed by lymphatic drainage for arms, legs, face & neck or sinus clean out drainage.

One hour session will concentrate on massage for the back and shoulders followed by lymphatic drainage for one area (face & neck, arms or legs)

90 minutes - $135

Ninety minute session will concentrate on massage for the back and shoulders followed by lymphatic drainage for multiple areas (face & neck, arms and legs)

Tok Pua Lai Sen = Tapping to chase energy lines 

Tok is a verb that means to hammer or apply force 

Sen lines are the lines that energy follows as it flows through the body 

Tok Sen is a healing practice which evolved in northern Thailand among the spiritual healers native to that region.  It has now become part of the larger Thai medicine tradition 

It is used to treat sore muscles, joint pain, pinched nerves, stiffness and any condition associated with specific Sen lines 

Tok Sen is beneficial in accessing and treating the deeper levels of the body, traveling through the dermis and subcutaneous tissue along the sen lines and down to the bones and organs 

There are multiple theories as to why Tok Sen works.

It’s suggested that the vibration of the tapping softens tissues, while the consistent sound and feel of the rhythm can activate the calm of the parasympathetic nervous system
