
The Somatic Yoga Path is a virtual experience designed to guide you back into relationship with your body — gently, intentionally, and over time.

Together, we move through cycles — honoring the rhythms of nature and the natural changes within our own bodies. Each practice invites you to slow down, soften, and shift your awareness from the busy mind into the wisdom of the body.
Through slow, intentional movement, breath, and presence, you’ll begin to unwind tension, reconnect to sensation, and cultivate a deeper sense of ease from within.
How You Can Practice
You’re invited to join live each week on Tuesdays at 6:00 PM (EST) via Zoom, or practice in your own time with access to our growing library of recorded classes.
Inside the online space, you’ll also find a supportive community — a place to ask questions, share your experience, and receive guidance along the way.
At the heart of this experience are our monthly group gatherings.
These live Zoom sessions are devoted to deeper support, reflection, and meaningful connection — a space where practice becomes personal, and community naturally unfolds. All sessions are recorded, so you’ll always have access.
The Practice
Somatic yoga is an invitation to listen.
A gentle, meditative approach to movement that reconnects the mind and body through awareness, breath, and subtle, intentional motion. Rather than pushing or striving, we practice allowing.
