I am leading a full moon letting go ceremony
Sunday, August 10th 6:30pm
The cacao and letting go ceremony is a ritualistic practice where participants drink ceremonial-grade cacao and engage in guided activities to release what no longer serves them.
You will be guided through breathing and a visual meditation; followed by time to write out your "let goes" with time for short sharing in the circle should you want to share.
You are encouraged to bring your journey, favorite drink, and a soft cushion to sit upon.
The cacao, a heart-opening substance, is believed to help individuals connect with their emotions and facilitate the process of letting go of negativity or past hurts, leading to a sense of healing and personal growth.

We will spend time in reflection of the past year, and visualize the year we would like to see in the coming year.
Taking time to journal and share your vision, and perhaps steps you will take help make that happen!
